Mr. Fahardin Issa Mpinda is a dedicated Library and Information Officer at the University of Dar es Salaam. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Library and Information Management from Mzumbe University, which he completed in 2019.

In May 2021, Mr. Fahardin joined the University of Dar es Salaam as a Library and Information Officer. His commitment, professionalism, and punctuality quickly earned him recognition, leading to his appointment by the Directorate of Library Services as the Library International Conference Manager in 2022. In this role, he oversees conference management and logistics, ensuring smooth coordination of library-related events.
