I am an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), specializing in Social Psychology, Parenting, and Technology-Based Assessment and Evaluation in Higher Education. My research area of interest includes the intersection of psychosocial development, family dynamics, and educational innovation, with a particular emphasis on how social environments and digital transformation influence learning outcomes and student development in higher education contexts.
