Herman Chuma Mahona is an assistant lecturer in Adult Education and Community Education at the University of Dar es salaam, Tanzania; where he has been has been employed since 2025. Mr. Mahona holds a master of Educational Management and Administration (2021) from University of Dar es salaam, Tanzania; Bachelor of Education in Adult Education and Community Education (2015) from University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He has researched on educational management and financial expenditure management in public ordinary secondary schools in the context of fee free education.
