The University of Dar es Salaam invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the following ICT infrastructure projects under the HEET Project, funded by the World Bank:

Supply, Installation, Training, and Commissioning of ICT Tools
🔹 University of Dar es Salaam Business School (UDBS) – Kagera Campus
🔹 School of Aquatic Sciences and Fisheries Technology (SoAF)

ICT Infrastructure for Smart Campus
🔹 Wireless and Wired Access Network
🔹 Security, Safety, and Monitoring Systems
🔹 Electrical and Cooling Systems
🔹 Fiber Backbone Infrastructure
🔹 Distribution and Access Network Devices

Bidding Process:
✅ Conducted through National Competitive Tendering (Donor Funded)
✅ Open to all eligible bidders as per World Bank procurement regulations
✅ Bidders must register and submit bids electronically via the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST)

Important Dates:
📅 Submission Deadline: 2:00 PM (Local Time) on April 15 & April 29, 2025
📅 Bids to be opened immediately after submission via NeST
