Mr. Albert is an Assistant Lecturer at the School of Education specializing in educational management and leadership. His research interests include leadership styles, leadership development, faculty development, research productivity, organisational culture, entrepreneurship and gender among others. Currently, Mr. Albert is pursuing a PhD in education at the University of Dar es Salaam. Mr. Chagula has extensive experience in research and consultancy projects in areas of human resource development, leadership and gender. Previously, Mr. Chagula worked as a human capital consultant with Deloitte Consulting Ltd, where he provided advisory services to government, private and non for profit organisations.
