The CSW is led by the Manager who is assisted by the Deputy Manager. The manager is the overall in-charge of the workshop activities through CSW advisory committee which is answerable to the CoNAS Board.  

The CSW advisory committee is comprised of the Manager who is the committee’s chairperson, the Deputy Manager, NSCoB manager, Heads of CSW sections and representatives from all CoNAS departments.

There is also an Office Management Secretary (OMS) for day to day office operations. The college Accountant, Supplies Officer and administrators are also responsible for the activities of the workshop as applied in college Departments.
