Training Sessions I & II for BVR Observers

- A two-day training session for the first batch of 17 selected observers was conducted on 28th and 29th November, 20019 at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) main campus.
- A two-day training session for the second batch of 39 selected observers was conducted on 19th and 20th December, 2019 at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) main campus.
- A team of four facilitators took BVR observers through among others; the legal and institutional frameworks of the management of the BVR; the data collection checklists; TEMCO’s code of ethics for observers; reporting protocol; reports writing as well as rights and responsibilities of observers. One of the facilitators took the observers through the checklists was the project program manager for NDI-Tanzania. The other three were from UDSM.
