Company: ISOAF Tanzania Ltd is a Tanzanian company headquartered in Dar Es Salaam with its production facilities in Nzega district. The company hopes to officially start production activities as a contractor for the Heat Transmission system in the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project. Position: Department: Occupation Center: Report to Personnel & Administration Officer (Temporary Contract) Human Resources Dar es Salaam & Tabora, Tanzania Human Resources Manager - Tanzania Position Objectives: An experienced Personnel and Administration Officer will ensure that he assists in recruiting Staff, Transport and Staff Planning, Staff Information Management, Staff Training, Performance Management and Payroll Preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support in the recruitment process ie Identity of position, need for employment, Stakeholders: Internal Finance Department
• External Operations Department
• EACOP. Government Authorities

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills / Knowledge
• Degree of Human Resources or relevant Profession;
• At least two years of experience in our Resources; Experience in construction/production projects is an added benefit;
• Excellent excel skills;
• Strong planning and analysis skills;
• Ability to handle and manage multiple tasks:
• Knows English and Kiswahili fluently;
• High level of concentration;
• Better problem-solving skills.


Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
