UDSM in Ethiopia on the mission to make Kiswahili a working language of AU

The Vice Chancellor Prof. William Anangisye held talks with the Tanzania Ambassador to Ethiopia, Hon. Innocent Shiyo in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, early this week.  Prof. Anangisye, who is accompanied by other UDSM officials, is on an official visit to Ethiopia mainly to set plans and implementation of instituting Kiswahili as a working language for the Commission of the AU, and signing a Memorandum of Understanding on collaboration between UDSM and the University of Addis Ababa on this regard.
