Cost Cutting Activities:

1. Advising the Management on cost cutting measures. E.g. the use of fuel cards in all University Motor Vehicles for easy monitoring of fuel used.

2. Following up Bills for utilities spent by tenants in University residential and business premises.

3. Following up of all incomes generated internally and prepare financial reports for the UDSM Management to see the progress and make decision when necessary.
