Ms. Joyce Ernest Mgimbe 

With over 20 years of experience, Ms. Joyce Ernest Mgimbe is a highly skilled Executive Assistant in the Communication and Marketing Unit at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). She plays a vital role in supporting management, handling official correspondence, and ensuring the seamless execution of administrative functions within the unit. 

Ms. Mgimbe holds a Diploma in Secretarial Studies from the Tanzania Public Service College (TPSC) in Dar es Salaam and has further advanced her expertise through the Management Development of Executive Assistants (MDEA) programme at TPSC. Additionally, she has completed several specialized short courses and training programs, equipping her with a strong foundation in executive support and office management. Recognized for her dedication and professionalism, she was promoted to Executive Assistant in 2023.
