Dr. Gerald Magova is a lecturer of Management at University of Dar es Salaam Business School in Dar es Salaam , Tanzania. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Commerce in Management Science in 2007, Masters of Business Administration in 2010 and PhD in Business Administration in 2020 from University of Dar es Salaam. His main duties are to teach, research and consulting in the area of Human Resources Management Practices, Industrial Relations, Quantitative techniques, Operations management, Supply Chain Management, and Sustainability of operations. His research interest are in the area of human resources – supply chain interface, human resources management practices, supply chain performance, sustainability and climate change. Currently he is working on the project titled “Assessing the Contribution of Climate Change Impacts on Creation of Innovative Social Business Enterprises in Tanzania: A Case Study of Semi-Arid Regions of Central Tanzania”.
