Sanga, a Lecturer in the Department of General Management of the University of Dar es Salaam Business School with a PhD in Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts with Education all from the University of Dar es Salaam, has extensive knowledge and experience in human resources management and administration.
