Biodata

Dr.Tumsifu Elly is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Dar es Salaam. He has gained extensive knowledge and experience in business research, consultancy and teaching over more than 20 years. He has extensive experience in project management, research and consultancy in areas of agribusiness, supply chain management and social protection among others. Dr Elly has researched, consulted and published on topics including: digitisation, small business finance, engendering agribusiness, rural entrepreneurship, growth mindset among the poor, landscape labelling, certification, business skills, competitive advantage for enterprises, information sources and access, and humanitarian logistics.

In particular, Dr Elly has consulted on(abridged version):
