Mr. Amri is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Finance at Business School, University of Dar es Salaam. He specializes in Project Finance, particularly within the Extractive Industry. Mr. Amri has also vast experience in providing assurances in areas of risk management and internal controls. He was responsible for reviewing internal controls as well as offering consultancy services in areas of Accounting, Finance, Project management, and Procurement. While at TPDC he was mainly engaged in verifying PSC recoverable Costs submitted by IOCs, reviewing exploration and development work programs, auditing exploration and development projects, and conducting Oil and Gas Revenue Audit. He was also engaged in designing the LNG economic and financial model that was used as a basis for negotiations with IOCs.
