Eligibility criteria:
- Aged 40 or below;
- Obtained their PhD abroad (outside his/her home country) within the last 5 years and returned to his/her home country within the last 36 months or will return home before the end of 2021;
- Holding a position at an academic and/or research institution (including international research centres) in their home country;
- National of an eligible African country (in the Sub-Saharan region).
