Mr. William Erio

  Mr. William Erio holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Dar-es-Salaam and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Hull.

  Over the years, Mr. Erio has held several positions, each contributing significantly to his experience, he served as the Director General of the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), Parastatal Pensions Fund (PPF) and holds directorship positions in Tanzania National Reinsurance Corporation Limited, IHPL Limited (Tanzania) and PPL Limited (Tanzania).

Mr. Erio has distinguished himself as a proficient leader and expert in legal affairs, competition regulation, and social security administration. Known for his industrious nature, goal-oriented approach, and well-established professional network, he is recognized as a highly accomplished and respected figure in his field

Mr. Erio has served on the Board of ZEP- RE since 2006 as Non- Executive Director and was first elected Chairman in 2015. Currently Mr. Erio serves as the Director General for the Fair Competition Commission (FCC).
