On the afternoon of 30th October, the Training Workshop on Agricultural Technology for Tanzania 2019, which organized by the Demonstration Centre of China Agricultural Technology and Confucius institute at University of Dar es salaam, finished as planned. Prof. William Anangisye, the Vice Chancellor of UDSM, Prof. Liu Yan, Chinese Director of CIUDSM, and Dr. Ngereza from Tanzania Agriculture Research Institute (TARI) at Dakawa Center Agriculture Academic science of Chongqing city of China, Mr. Zhong Shuiming, the representative of General Manager of Chongqing Zhongyizhong industrial co., ltd and Mr. Foya Khozenir, Agriculture Officer at Mvomero Region, all of them attended the closing ceremony. Prof. William Anangisye, the Vice Chancellor of UDSM, thanked CI UDSM and A the Demonstration Centre of China Agricultural Technology for providing agricultural technology training. He gave a positive evaluation of the development of agricultural technology training courses and effect to farmers. He hoped the students would not forget what they learned in the course of their studies and put the techniques into practice and teach more Tanzanians as well. He also suggested that, Director of CI UDSM and the Demonstration Centre and the Tanzania Agricultural Research Institute and Him should be able to visit participants later to see more about their learning outcomes so that the training could be better conducted in the future. After that, participants of this workshop was awarded a certificate of completion.
