On the evening of August 12th, Chinese Quyi special performance for "One Belt, One Road" was successfully held in the new library studio of University of Dar es Salaam. The event sponsors include the Chinese Embassy in Tanzania, the Chinese Business Council in Tanzania, the African Overseas Chinese Weekly and the Confucius Institute at the University of Dar es Salaam. A delegation of the Chinese Quyi Association led by Chairman Jiang Kun, the Confucius Institute at University of Dar es Salaam, and the Tanzania Overseas Chinese Leaders Choir participated in this special performance, which was hosted by the famous xiangsheng performance artist Dai Zhicheng.

The wonderful xiangsheng performance and the melodious Shaoxing Pinghu Tune attracted the audience to cheer again and again. The performance of the Chinese Quyi Association has further enhanced the cultural exchanges between China and Tanzania.
