The College is led by the Principal who is assisted by a Deputy Principal and Coordinators. The Principal and the Deputy Principal are supported by Coordinators and officers. These are coordinators for undergraduate studies, postgraduate studies and research and knowledge exchange.

The College Board which is the highest organ of decision making is composed of Chairperson who is also the Principal of the college, the deputy Principal, heads of department, coordinators of units, representatives from other colleges and institutes at the university, representatives of student leaders from DARUSO, representative of workers from UDASA, representative of RAAWU and THTU and some representatives from outside the University. The College Board is informed by various committees: Undergraduate studies Committee, Higher Degrees Committee and Research and Publications Committee. The coordinators at the departments form the committees.

Heads of Departments are responsible for handling all matters in their respective department.
