CBS team constitutes of 6 researchers from the department of Economics, UDSM, administrator and 2 junior research fellows.

The management constitutes of a Coordinator, Deputy coordinator and the administrator.

In addition, CBS is advised and guided by an Advisory Board which constitute of high-level members from selected institutions, fairly representing various thematic areas.
