Astrophysics, Mechanics, Electromagnetism, Quantum Physics, Vibrations, waves and Optics, Solid State Physics, Renewable Energy, Solar Cell Technology, Thermodynamics, Electronics, Nanotechnology.

Research:

Materials for solar energy applications. In particular, thin films for static/smart architectural window applications, thin film solar cells, selective absorbers as well as solar energy systems (including solar photovoltaic systems, and solar thermal systems).
