The East Africa Centre for Mathematical Research recently established will be launched on 19th June 2019 an event to take place in Rwanda and coordinated by IUCEA and Sida Mathematics projects of UDSM, UR and MaK.

Fourth Network Meeting on Mathematics Research Groups will take place at Addis Ababa University from 5th to 9th August 2019. Theme: Strengthening Research and Postgraduate Training in Mathematics in Universities in Africa.
2019 EAUMP Summer School
The Eastern Africa Universities Mathematics Programme (EAUMP) courtesy of the International Science Programme (ISP) of Sweden; jointly with ICTP, Trieste, Italy; Sida; CIMPA, DAAD, LMS/AMMSI, COMPOSITIO is organizing a three weeks summer School on Algebraic Topology and its Applications to be held at Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda from 15th July to 2nd August, 2019.
