The University of Dar es Salaam Research Chair on Forced Displacement (UDSM-RCFD), hereby calls applications for application for internship positions from Kenya of for refugees from East Africa in Kenya who have just completed their bachelor degree and have less than one year after their completion date. Strengthening knowledge evidence use and leadership in the global South on forced displacement: with a focus on East Africa is a five year research project at the University of Dar es Salaam funded by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) which has been in operation for 2.5 years now. The project has established a Research Chair on Forced Displacement (the Chair) and conducts research, seminar, policy dialogues, outreaches and support students and build capacity of upcoming researchers in the field of forced displacement in East Africa. The project seeks to hire an evaluator for 2-4 weeks (depending on the budget) to review its operation as a mid-review and give recommendations for improvement of the activities of the Chair.
