The goal of the Human Resource Management and Administration Directorate (DHRMA) is to attract, retain and motivate employees so that the University collective goals can be achieved. UDSM is dedicated to acquiring the highest quality employees with high potential who can help the university compete at national, regional and international levels. UDSM employees are core to delivering its goal of quality and excellence.

UDSM has identified its strategic priorities to attract and retaining excellent members of staff in order to ensure commitment to quality and excellence in its core functions.
