Dr. Sophia Ndibalema holds a PhD in Management from the University of Bath, United Kingdom, with a research focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Stakeholder Interaction. She completed her MBA at the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, specializing in Marketing and CSR, and earned a BA in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

She is a Lecturer at the University of Dar es Salaam, School of Journalism and Mass Communication, where she teaches Corporate Strategic Communication and Communication Research at the postgraduate level and supervises doctoral research. She has worked on research, consultancy, and training in corporate communication, advertising strategies, stakeholder engagement, media influence, and policy development.

Her consultancy work includes developing communication strategies, conducting audience research, and facilitating professional training for organizations in public relations, advertising, corporate communication, and CSR. She has collaborated with government institutions, private sector organizations, and NGOs on research and communication projects.
