Dr Josiah Patrick Nombo received a BSc degree in Electronics Science and Communications (2005) and an MSc Degree in Electronics Engineering and Information Technology (2010), both from the University of Dar es Salaam. He has a PhD degree in Information and Communication Science and Engineering (Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering) from the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology, Arusha (2016).
