  • Genesis and evolution of carbonatites, the main Rare Earth Elements deposits.
  • Investigation on sand mining practises associated environmental impacts and alternative sand sources in Dar es Salaam.
  • Study of the nature and formation history of polymetallic (Au-Cu-Pb) deposits of the in the Ubendian Belt, North Western Tanzania.
  • Geochemical and age determination of the Litembo granitoids of Ruvuma region and assessment of their potential for hosting strategic metal deposits.
