Kelvin Victor Dillunga is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of History, Political Science and Development Studies at Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE). He holds a master degree (MA) and bachelor’s degree of Rural development both from the Sokoine University of Agriculture. His areas of teaching are Development perspectives, Social Science Research, Project Planning, Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation. Mr Kelvin’s research interest revolves around Community Livelihood, Gender, Value chains, Agricultural Economics, and Agribusiness. Also, Kelvin has extended experience in working with development projects, the experience he gets while working with Oxfam in Tanzania (as a Program Partnership Officer), USAID - Feed the Future Mboga na Matunda Project (as a Partnership Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist), and Care International in Tanzania (as a Project Officer – Field Coordination).
