Geradius Deogratias Kikumi, is Assistant Lecturer in the Chemistry Department, University of Dar es Salaam. Currently, Kikumi is PhD candidate at Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology, his PhD work focuses on Energy Applications for Semiconducting Nanomaterials: Development of novel materials for dye sensitized solar cells. He has interest in theoretical and computational chemistry involving design and investigation of materials for DSSCs, Surface catalysis, computer modelling for reaction kinetics and predictions of theory, molecular dynamics and drug discovery.

Mr. Kikumi teaches various courses including Fundamentals of theoretical chemistry, Chemistry for life science, physical chemistry. He has been involved in various collaborations
