Mr. Paul Abel Pastory has more than 8 years experience in the tourism industry having worked in different sectors of the industry in private enterprises. Academically, he has also worked for University of Iringa on the capacity of Assistant Lecturer teaching tourism management courses.

Recently, he was attached to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism whereby he was invited to attend the Training of Assessors for Classification of Accommodation and   Restaurant Establishments in East African Community at the National College of Tourism, Arusha campus. The training was funded by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism under the facilitation of the East African Community.
