Mr. Nicolous Praygod Amani

Nicolous Praygod Amani is an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Private Law. He joined the School (then Faculty of Law) in 2010. Mr Nicolous has a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL. B-2009), and Master of Laws (LL. M-2013) from University of Dar es Salaam. Currently, Mr Nicolous is pursuing his PhD studies at the University of Dar es Salaam. In 2014, he received Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania.

From 2014-2017, Mr Nicolous served as the Coordinator of the Certificate in Law Program of the University of Dar es Salaam. Mr Nicolous is also an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths. He is a member of Tanganyika Law Society. His areas of interests are money laundering, asset recovery law, Criminal law and administrative law.
