University of Dar Es Salaam organized a four days training on women leadership and political participation, bringing together  women aspirants  from 17  political parties in Tanzania.  The main objective of the training was to build the capacity of women aspirants, imparting knowledge, skills and building confidence to enable them run for public offices.
