Diploma in Chinese

Confucius Institute offers a full time two (2) years diploma programme at the University of Dar es Salaam. This is a new programme for the 2018/2019 academic year.

A candidate shall be deemed eligible for the consideration for admission to a diploma programme if he/she has one of the following qualifications:

PROGRAMME DETAILS

Duration: Two (2) Years

Programme Status: Full Time

Mode of delivery: Mixed modes of delivery (i.e. lectures, seminars and practical training)

Hosting Department: Confucius Institute

Location of Delivery: University of Dar es Salaam (including all the campuses and constituent colleges)

Minimum Entrance Requirements

Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (C.S.E.E) with FOUR (4) passes in non-religious subjects and HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test, an international standardized Chinese test) Level II.

OR

Holder of Advanced Certificate of Secondary School Examination (ACSEE) with at least ONE Principal pass and Subsidiary.

The application fee is Tsh. 10,000/= (which should be paid to CRDB Bank Account No: 0150396152200, Account Name: Confucius Institute - UDSM).

The deadline for the application is on September 30th, 2018.
