This is to inform all candidates who successfully completed their studies in 2020/2021 Academic Year that the 51^st GRADUATION CEREMONIES will be held as follows:

Saturday 16^th October 2021 at 10:00 a.m.

Venue:      Mlimani City Conference Centre, Dar es Salaam

Awards:   Undergraduate graduands from CoET, SoMG, CoHU, CoICT, IKS and UDBS

Wednesday 20^th October 2021 at 10:00 a.m.

Instead of the previous date which will be a Public Holiday – Maulid

Venue:      Mlimani City Conference Centre, Dar es Salaam

Awards:   Undergraduate graduands from CoAF, CoNAS, CoSS, IDS, UDSoEC, SoAF, UDSoL and SJMC

Monday 22^nd November 2021 at 10:00 a.m.

Venue:      Mlimani City Conference Hall, Dar es Salaam

Awards:    All Postgraduate graduands; Undergraduate graduands from SoED and all undergraduates who sat for Special Examinations or completed their studies late for any other reasons.

Wednesday 24^th November 2021 at 10:00 a.m.     

Venue:      Dar es Salaam College of Education (DUCE), Dar es Salaam

Awards:   All Postgraduate and Undergraduate graduands from DUCE

Saturday 27^th November 2021 at 10:00 a.m.

Venue:      Dhamira Hall (New Forest), Mbeya

Awards:    Undergraduate graduands from MCHAS

Monday 29^th November 2021 at 10:00 a.m.

Venue:      Mkwawa College of Education (MUCE), Iringa

Awards:   All Postgraduate and Undergraduate graduands from MUCE

Hiring of Graduation Gowns

Agreement form for hiring academic gowns should be downloaded from the University website www.udsm.ac.tz/hiring_academic_gowns

All graduands are reminded that they are responsible for meeting their own travel, lodging and incidental expenses.
