The Directorate of Public Services conducted a five days training on Teaching Methodology, Assessment and Curriculum development for academic staff from the Collage of Engineering and Technology (CoET).The training was took place from 14th to 18th September 2020 at CCE conference room with facilitators coming from Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE). The training was officiated on the first day by the Acting Director, Public Service Dr. Paschal A. Mugabe together with Principal, Collage of engineering and Technology Prof. Bakari Mwinyiwiwa. The training touches areas like Ethics for academic staff in university, Personal- Emotional Development and Counseling, Effective use of ICT for Teaching, Learning and assessment in Higher Education. The Training was closed on Friday 18th September 2020 by Dr. Mugabe again with Head of Department of Chemical and Mining Engineering from Dr. Abubakary Salama who was representing the Principal of CoET. Certificate of attendance were awarded to all participants.
