On Tuesday 30th March 2021, Head of Units at the College met together to compile the Register for risks which might impact on the implementation of the College Strategic Plan 2020/2021-2024/2025.

College Risk Register as is popularly known is a document which contains the list of potential risks and mitigating measures.

The discussion on the Register content was led by the College Legal Officer Mr. Fortunatus Swai, the Bursar CPA. Miraji Mohamed, and Internal Auditor Mr. Eustachius Felix.

The Deputy Principal (academic), Dr. Julius Mbuna, said the Risk Register would enable the realization of goals set for implementation.

The Deputy Principal (Administration), Dr. Method Samwel, said the Register is the roadmap for implementing College plans and activities.

‘This is the benchmark through which our decisions and actions will be assessed at the end of the year,’ he said noting that each risk identified had to be countered with mitigation measures.

During the one-day session, the Heads of Units charted out content of the Register for respective units and made amendments.
