TIMETABLE FOR ISSUANCE OF GRADUATION GOWNS AND REHEARSAL 2022 CLUSTER I

All candidates who successfully completed their studies and qualified for the awards of PhD, Masters, Postgraduate Diploma and Bachelor degree on 52nd graduation ceremonies are hereby informed that the GRADUATION GOWNS will be issued from 23^rd May to 1^st June 2022, from 09:00-16:00 hrs and the rehearsal will be conducted on 1 ^st June 2022 at 15.00hrs – Mlimani City Hall.

The hired gowns shall be returned to the University immediately after the graduation ceremony and in any case NOT LATER THAN SEVEN WORKING DAYS after the date of the graduation ceremony. A penalty of TZS 10,000/= shall be charged for each day of failure to return the hired gowns and in the event of loss of the gowns the owner shall be entitled to recover such loss at the current replacement cost of a new gown.
