APPOINTMENT OF ACTING DVC - RESEARCH

This is to inform the University of Dar es Salaam Community and the public that, following the appointment of Prof. Bernadeta Killian to the position of Deputy Vice Chancellor Planning, Finance and Administration, the position of the Deputy Vice Chancellor – Research felt vacant. The Chancellor, H.E. Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete in exercise of the powers vested upon him under Article 9(1) of the University of Dar es Salaam Charter 2007 as reads together with Rule 6 (1) and (2) of the University of Dar es Salaam Rules 2007 has subsequently appointed Professor Nelson M. K. Boniface to the position of Acting Deputy Vice Chancellor – Research effective from 14th December 2022 until a substantive Deputy Vice Chancellor - Research is appointed.
